JJ804 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing jj804, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jj804 (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of jj804 immediately.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by jj804, including cricket betting, football betting, live card games, poker, crash games and all promotional programmes including the Refer a Friend scheme. • Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to use your jj804 account.

jj804 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, not only at the point of withdrawal. Accounts that remain unverified for longer than 30 days from the date of the verification request may be restricted or closed.

jj804 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name and match the identity information provided during account registration. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your jj804 account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Delays beyond five minutes should be reported to customer support with the transaction reference number.
• jj804 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jj804's control.
• Deposits made using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments will be voided, the account will be closed and the matter will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals of real-money balances from your jj804 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid CNIC or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–4 hours on average for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank's processing schedule.
• jj804 applies no withdrawal fees. Any charges from your bank or mobile wallet provider are the player's responsibility.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirement balances are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.
• jj804 reserves the right to request additional documentation (source of funds, enhanced identity verification) for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if jj804 has reason to suspect the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms. In such cases, jj804 will notify the player and investigate within 72 hours.

All bets placed on jj804 sports markets are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within each betting market:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jj804 does not accept cancellation requests for sports bets after confirmation, except in cases where a market is declared void due to events beyond the platform's control.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned or postponed will be voided and stakes returned, unless jj804's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. jj804 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. jj804 reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts without notice if betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
• In the event of a manifest error in pricing — where an odds price is clearly incorrect due to a system or human error — jj804 reserves the right to void affected bets or correct the price to the true intended value. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed.
• Accumulator bets that include a voided selection will have the voided leg removed and the remaining legs settled at the revised odds.

For cricket specifically, jj804 follows ICC standard match rules for result determination. PSL matches follow PCB/PSL official rulings. Matches subject to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments are settled on the DLS-adjusted target, not the original target.

jj804 offers various promotional programmes to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only. Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once. Using multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The wagering requirement is stated as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements at jj804 must be completed within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account along with any winnings derived from them.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and crash games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• The Refer a Friend reward of Rs 1,000 per qualifying referral is credited as real, withdrawable cash with no wagering requirement, provided the referring player's account is in good standing and the referred player meets all qualifying conditions.
• jj804 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotion at any time. Changes to live promotions will be communicated to affected players.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. A bonus credited to your account can only be used by you.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jj804. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one jj804 account
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods registered to another person (third-party payments)
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities
• Coordinating bets with other players to exploit bonus structures or guaranteed profit from promotional terms (bonus abuse or arbitrage)
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with jj804's platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information betting or collusion
• Attempting to launder money or use jj804 to move funds from illegal activity
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account
• Reverse engineering, scraping or otherwise accessing jj804's platform data without authorisation

jj804 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, jj804 may retain all balances in the account pending investigation.

Where an account is suspended or closed in error, or where jj804 initiates a closure for operational reasons unrelated to any breach, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method after verification.

Players may voluntarily close their jj804 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method after all active promotions are settled.

All content on the jj804 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, promotional materials and data — is the intellectual property of jj804 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jj804 platform for personal recreational purposes only.
